Ordering at Pure Audio is made simple, once your order is placed, we are committed to expediting your order; in time for your next event. We ship to all corners of the earth, including APOs and FPOs (USPS only) for your convenience, and of course wthin the continential US.

Express Orders
All express orders placed for 1-Day, 2-Day or 3-Day shipping, received before 11:59AM EST (M-F) are processed for shipping and goes out the same day. To avoid any delays, please ensure all billing and shipping (same as billing) info are correct before submitting your purchase and a valid (daytime) phone is supplied.

Rates
All rates are calculated using the shipping service and method you select when you place an order, we will provide approximate shipping and delivery dates for you. The actual cost is a weight based calculation (seen in product detail page) by the shipper (UPS, USPS etc) plus the packaging/cartons and includes shipping insurance.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
All orders are processed and shipped promptly within 1-3 days or receipt (except express orders), a tracking number is then provided within 24 hours. Both shipping and delivery date estimates can be seen in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in your account. Tracking is simplified and done from directly from our web-site using your account page.

FREE Shipping
We do offer FREE shipping (Regular Ground) on many of our products (within our criteria), FREE is normally stated on the product page or upon checkout, our policy generally covers items costing more than $199.00 and weighing less than 25 pounds. However there are exceptions, solely upon our discretion.

Discounted Shipping
We have special coupons and buyer incentives, on some items that are heavier or exceed the 25.00 pound limit, we do negotiate or offer discounted shipping, if a coupon is not offered with the product, feel free to contact us for a discounted shipping rate.
