We're here to simplify the process of returning an item, hopefully you shouldn't have reason to, but you would need a Return Authorization number before any return can be sent, without this, your return can be refused or sent to the wrong department, delaying the process.

Acquiring a RA (Return Authorization) Number

If you believe that the product you received is DOA (Dead on Arrival), Defective (Manufacturer defect), or you received the wrong item you must first send an online RA request to obtain a RA number with a complete description of the problem. The RA number will allow us to track and process your return much easier and faster and ensure it arrives to the correct department. After receiving your RA number, pack the defective item(s) very well with all the original packaging and supporting materials such as cables, manuals, and drivers, a copy of the original invoice, and a copy of the RA Return Request Confirmation. The RA # must appear on all shipping cartons and labels, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items back to us.

Excluded items

Absolutely no returns are allowed on the following items once opened, due to FCC regulations and our policy.

Earphones and headphones, Microphones, Needles/Cartridges, Electronic Components/Parts, Tools, accessories and special-order items.

Credits or Exchange

Please note that our returns department will first process your return, depending on the product status, an exchange, repair, or store credit is then issued. Our company does not issue refunds, only under unusual cirmstances such as fraud etc.

Packaging and Re-Shipping

Customer must package the products properly, Pure Audio Systems is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost products during transit by the shipping company. There should be at least one inch of cushioning material such as peanuts between the item and the walls of the box. We suggest that customers obtain a receipt for any packages shipped back to us. Pure Audio Systems is responsible for the cost of shipping the replaced item back to customers via Ground shipping. Customer will be responsible for upgrades to UPS Next-day air, 2nd-day air, or 3-day select, cross shipping is NOT allowed.

Ship the item(s) to: Please email or call us for our return address, DO NOT RETURN TO SHIPPER (shipping and returns are different departments and locations)

Pure Audio Systems RA# must be on the shipping label and carton.

The time it takes for us to send you the replacement products depends on several factors, (1) What kind of products. (2) What caused the defects? (3) Whether it's a repair or a replacement. (4) How long ago have you received the products. We usually can process and ship your return within 7-10 days.
